"Shiloh?" a voice called to her.
"Shiloh, a-are you alright?"
Shiloh slowly opened her eyes. Her head was killing her. However...
Sonic was sitting by her, and his hand was on her forehead.
"Nnnh.. What happened?" she sat up quickly. "Am I dead? Are... Are you and angel?" she whispered. Sonic turned a bit red. "N-No. That bird attacked us but I scared it away. Heh..."
"How'd you do that?" Shiloh tilted her head like a dog. Pulling out the needle he found to show her, he grinned, "It was pretty easy. Just stabbed that thing with this other thing." "How are you not dead?" the fairy reached out to see if Sonic was a ghost. He leaned away so she couldn't touch him. "Magic?"
Shiloh giggled.
"What kind of bird was that, anyway? It was unlike any I'd ever seen." Sonic asked.
